Hm... I could either buy what will probably be the next great rpg that will be talked about for years after its release, or I could buy another call of duty... Hm... this is hard.
I have no doubt that MW3 will be good, but when I get it I'll play the campaign once and then play it a lot with my friends for about a week, start getting bored and play it less and less as I find other things in which the experience changes and doesn't stagnate once you've learned all the multiplayer maps.
