Skyrim Creation Kit, where the hell is it?

So, is the Skyrim CK being released the 7th or 8th?

I've looked all over Steam where it is supposed to be found and I can't find jack shit.
If anyone has a proper guide to where to download it, I'd appreciate it alot.

I already used it... It may be in your tool list, it is just called "Creation Kit".

Just found out what the problem was.

Apparently if I had my language on Steam set to Swedish, it didn't appear at all.
