While waiting for my new PC to arrive (thanks guys) I want to know if there is a mod for skyrim that allows you to put your own MP3s in the game and set where you want the game to play them.

For example: Be able to make The hyrule castle town theme play in whiterun
In Keeps have the castle song from SM64 play.
Outside have the hyrule field song play.

If this doesn't exist could somebody get on that? I would give you all of my money.

That's about 20$ right now, after that PC.

Captcha: Fellow traveller.

Captcha is a skyrim NPC.

Edit: Found one! http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/13286

This seems very close to what I'm looking for, so thanks whoever told me to look on the nexus.

I know for a fact oblivion had a mod which allowed me to set outside game music files as game music. I have used a mod like that. I changed the death music which plays to a fail horn and one of the battle tracks to something equally dodgy.

Maybe there's something on skyrim nexus? I wouldn't know since i don't own skyrim but might be worth a look.

1. Mute Skyrim.
2. Open playlist.
3. ????
4. Profit!

There's your mod.
I know i could do that, but i want the music to change depending on what area I'm in.

Yeah, there is a mod that replaces the default music with the equivalent tracks from Orcinia of Time, but the only source of it that I know of has the file under moderation so it can't be downloaded for some reaon.

But just in case you can download it, its here: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/14324

To my knowlage, it works perfectly, but I haven't actually tried it and my only source is a somewhat nutty youtube mod reviewer that uses it.
