Skyrim Graphics Glitch Without Installation

Right, so you know that Xbox 360 bug where all the textures look like crap if you install it? I'm getting that, but without having installed it. Anyone have any help?

I installed. Only graphics that have annoyed me is the snow. Other then that I have found nothing.
