I'm playing on I7-930 12 Gig 1600 RAM w/ GTS 250 video card.
1) I'm getting about 50 FPS on MEDIUM settings DX10. Still, it looks very nice. I want to buy a GTX 580 for my 2600K, which is currently being used as a media PC. That may get me up to at least 30 FPS DX 11 on high.
In less than 10 hours, I've hit 2 glitches. 1) Slow down. Everything just slows to a crawl. rebooting the game fixes that. 2) I was walking in a field when I started spinning around for no reason. I was able to back away from the offending area and fix this issue.
That written, you've likely read, they fixed issues found in Oblivion while adding some fun elements (slo mo cinematic kills!) from Fall Out 3.
