Where can I find an item that reduces the cost of Conjuration spells? It can be any item, just it has to be able to reduce (and only reduce) the cost of Conjuration spells, it also has to be disenchantable. I can't really find any such items in Conjuration trainers or dungeon loot, any suggestions?

Check the junk shops and blacksmiths. They'll sometimes carry armor or jewelry with the enchantment you seek. The clothing store Radiant Raiment in Solitude will also have it sometimes.

Mages and Courtwizards might have that.
Maybe some Ruins populated by Conjures have that too but you must take it from the cold dead hands... (Which shouldn't be a problem, I assume)

Heres a few unigue items that does it.

Diadem of the Savant Found near Froki's Shack. On the wood chopping block.
Saarthal Amulet found in the Under Saarthal quest.
Vokun (dragon priest mask) Dropped by the Dragon Priest Vokun in High Gate Ruins.
Necromancer Amulet found in the Blood on the Ice quest.
Archmage robes.

the generic items would be random drops or random items for sale. check with all the court wizards. Northwatch keep is full of Thalmor and the justicars robes usualy have some kind of magic fortfication enchantment. and you can always look for necromancers such as at Wolfskull Ruins. or vampire lairs like Broken Fang Cave, Bloodlet Throne, Fellglow Keep, Half-Moon Mill, Haemar's Shame, Mara's Eye Pond, Movarth's Lair, Pinemoon Cave, or Shriekwind Bastion since they usualy have a few with enchanted robes.

*edit
at the end of Ansulvund theres robes of minor conjuration on a shelf. plus there is an unusual gem and you get Ghostblade that is useless but looks cool on a plaque.

Go to the clothing shop in Solitude. I think it's called Radiant Rainment or something like that. They have robes, amulets and rings for all the schools of magic.
