I blame the quality of this review on sleep deprivation & hurriedly trying to get back to play Skyrim.
I hope you enjoy it nonetheless, assuming you aren't killed by the barrage of words.
Do make sure you aren't killed. Perhaps take a break half way through.

That was actually pretty entertaining, it was like Zero Punctuation but it was an actual review.

However, I do disagree with some of your points, especially considering I think characters are important and Bethesda don't exactly make the best characters, therefore I can't really enjoy their games as much as I enjoy others.

Im glad someone else thinks that being "held back" isnt that bad of a thing.

Games look great already, and most of us play them to get away form the grind of life. Im glad graphics dont look realistic. But i might just be old fashioned.

Ive logged close to 60 hours on skyrim, and ive loved every minute of it. No one thing is best, and its extremely challenging at times. I play a stealthy character right now, and honestly, it can be difficult at times. Ive died many a time because a single enemy seen me and alerted the entire area. And lets say that while light armor helps..... A mace to the back of the skull still hurts.

Im impressed with almost every aspect of it. Sure, the animations might not be perfect, and the NPC's might derp every now and then, but its everything i wanted in a game.

Get past the few "flaws" it has, and you can have the time of your life.

Oh, and as for the review, i really like it. Your what i wish alot of reviewers were like. Looking more at the positives then the negatives. Seeing a "few minor bugs", instead of "A list of problems".

Lack of particularly involving characters is an issue, for sure. I guess the kingdom of Skyrim is the most successful one. I'll do a follow-up vid once I've logged a few hundred hours looking at the quests & characters.

I agree :). It could look a little better, only, I can't help but assume that the time it would take to move Skyrim up a graphical notch would be to the detriment of more important bits of the game.

I have suffered a couple of CTD's since making the review, and more things are turning invisible; usually the contents of shelves.

I shall be sure to keep my knees very well guarded once I finally get around to playing this. I'll wait until it gets enough patches keep the flaws from getting annoying.
I'm sure there will be many mods that will improve the game, but I'm struggling to think of them, aside from the mandatory UI mod :/. I'd like to be able to jump while sprinting... and.. err...

I'm just glad they don't make 3rd-person compulsory ;). Those are my hands!

EDIT:
Getting more glitches & crashes. Seems to become more unstable the more I play.
Construction Set needs released.
