Skyrim: What did you roll ?

Skyrim is seriously like one of my favorite games ever now

But heavy armor with a sword in one hand, magic in the other. Went destruction and restoration. Also lockpicking can be frustrating, when your just 1 mm off from where it should work. Then blacksmithing and enchanting but i dont think i'll ever put perks into those.

Oh and i'm a nord, been one since morrowind :3

I started with a Nord Sword and Sheild but got bored within 4 hours. It's just not as interesting as it could be...plus seeing all the abuse over races got I wanted to try being one of them - who doesnt like being an underdog

So now I am a Khajit Assassin. Going to be tough from the get go, but I look forward to the challenge. Anyone got any tips? This game is so amazing, so huge, I'm always afraid I'm missing something.

I can never decide what to play as in Elder scrolls games - everything plays so differently it's amazing.

Getting it later today or tomorrow.
Am thinking stealthy Khajit, like a rogue with a bow and a dagger and just go for sneak and do high damage from sneak bow attacks and run in with the dagger to finish them off.

BUT

The more I watch the skyrim IRL trailer the more I actually want to be a big nord with a massive two handed axe so I can run around bursting things!

I want to be a dragon slayer and I don't think a robin hood khajit will fit the job as well as a meat head nord with big weapons!

I'm playing a Khajit warrior with a greatsword. 'Nuff said. Besides the fact that I've been walking around for half the playtime with an arrow THROUGH my knee.

Dark elf, sneaky, stabby and a bow to get rid of them nasties up front. Only just got myself to Dark Brotherhood. Yay, that hood covers my ugly face at least a little (wish I could get that assassin's mask...)

Trust me, in my experience, this game does not level scale at all.

My thoughts as well. I went in to the game with confidence that it's like Oblivion, starting with rats and wolves. Turned out quite the opposite. I don't get how people are saying it's boring because they one hit kill everything. I'm having hard time with the mountain trolls, fucking sabre-toothed cat nearly shredded me as it mounted me and a giant threw me to orbit. My god.

Started a Wood Elf lass, was gonna have her as the more standardized 'Ranger': Two swords and a bow. Instead, after finding out how well Magic works and such, she's turned into using a one handed sword and some fire spells with her free hand.

I created an Imperial named Romulus, I made him look like Wolverine, mixed with young Clint Eastwood. Wolverine has often been described as looking like Clint Eastwood, but never really drawn that way. When I saw the sideburns there was really no choice. I know there's a terrible Wolverine character called Romulus, but I chose the name more for the classical version of a man raised by wolves who founded Rome. I think this makes him being the Dragonborn also quite interesting because of it's connections with Cyrodillic (Roman inspired) Emperors and the fact that Imperials and Nords share a common ancestor in the Nedes. He's also shorter than most of the Nords so that's fun.

I fight with Shield and Sword after I got sick of dual wielding and I'm wearing heavy armour.

I'll probably pick something at random seeing as this is my first elder scrolls game. It's unlikely that I'll pick Orc or Argonian though.

Nord warrior, Two-handed weapons and Heavy Armour mostly with a bit of Smithing thrown in for good measure.
Currently using a Dwemer Warhammer and full Dwemer armour that I crafted and improved to exquisite myself.

EDIT: Oh yeah and I look remarkably like Sean Bean/Boromir but with a squarer jaw.
