If the voice acting sucks as much as Oblivion, I'm going to cry. Also it'll be unfortunate if it feels smaller than previous TES games, although I seriously doubt that will be an issue--Oblivion was no bigger than a reasonably-sized state park, as became very obvious from Dive Rock, and Morrowind looked like a bizarre miniature golf course when you turned the fog off. All Skyrim has to do is convince me that I'm in a small section of a Nordic mountain range, and not obviously in a strange, distance-compressed arena.
Otherwise, though, it's difficult to think of any reason I might dislike it.
