Slain's survival thread.

Whats up everyone? I've finally made an account on The Escapist, and have decided to give a survival thread a shot. Because I don't see any here, allow me to explain how they work.

1. This is not an RP. I do all the writing, all you have to do is select from multiple choices.


Example:

Me = Poster 1
You = Poster 2

Poster 1:
You have made it into the hospital, and finally breathe a sigh of relief. Slumping against a desk on the far right, you slowly peel off the gloves that have adhered to your hands from sweat. Then, it hits you like a ton of bricks.

You're not alone. You hear shallow breathing, but whatever it is sounds BIG.

Your choices are...

1. Shout to get it's attention
2. Try to sneak around and get a better look
3. Try to sneak away
4. Fire in the direction of the noise

And then I give you guys about a week or so to decide what you want to do. In the end, who ever lasts to the end is declared the winner and then I take a short break before beginning again. However, there is a choice that you must make beforehand. The SUBJECT of this Survival Story. I'll try and get a poll up.


Edit: Ok, never mind. Here are the four topics you guys have to choose from...

1. Zombie Apocalypse
2. Terrorist Attack
3. Prison breakout

Well, Ceril did these threads http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/read/362.115273 (there have been 7) and in a previous one, he made it obvious he didn't want anyone else doing it. Oh well, not as though he has a trademark or anything.

On Topic: 3, like Prison Break, just don't keep it going like the show.

Well, I apologize if this has been done before. Ok, some people don't understand how a survival thread works. Basically, I provide you with different choices, you pick one. Then, when the next update comes around, whoever picked the right choice will "Survive" and move on. Keep in mind, luck is never an issue. Everything has been decided already, and those who use common logic are going to survive.

I only have two rules.

1. Whatever I say, is final. If you die, you die.
2. Do not edit posts after updates and then say that you made the right choice. You will as of then be ignored for the rest of the game.

Well, considering that only 5 people have picked 3, and there are well over that number signed up on the escapist, I wouldn't give up so soon rabbit.

I'll give until next Wednesday for people to choose the topic, and then we'll get started.

While I appreciate your optimism I think it's just about decided, unless there's a massive rush to this thread by the Escapist community, which is highly unlikely.
