Hello fellow Escapists,
I just went to bed, and I just got up as well. Result of my day/night-rhythymn being slightly fucked up. Needless to say, I'm already getting tired again, but shamefully enough for me there isn't really enough time left to actually go to bed and sleep; I'd wake up tired and feeling horribly and I'd be too late for my appointment further on the day.
And so my question to you is, what is the best way to get one or two hours sleep if you can't get undressed and hop in the bed? Do I go on the couch with relaxing music? Do I drink warm milk with honey?
