Everyone loves sleeping.How do you always fall asleep? I use my White noise iphone app to help me get to sleep.

In my bed. Light and noise usually bother me and keep me up for a bit longer. Heat also keeps me up. I always fall asleep even though it can take some time if its bright loud and hot.

Amen to that. I also like sleeping in corners, so an air duct is my preferred environment.

I need silence and darkness to sleep, so I can only fall asleep in bed. I also have to calm down my mind before I can go to sleep, which means that I either read for a while, put my mp3-player on or both.

With exceptions to weekends, I always go to bed at the same time (2 A.M.), and because my body clock is regulated to that time I don't need anything in order to fall asleep.

My trying not to think. It literally keeps me up at night, so I have to try not tho think. Having the radio or TV on helps.
