My method is quite simple. I just lie in bed and fall asleep. Unfortunately, it tends to take longer than I would want. There's been times where I've looked at the clock and, to my dismay, find out it's 4 in the morning. It's even worse when there's any kind of noise. I'm an extremely light sleeper. Add that to a helping of stress, and that leaves me with a terrible night of sleep.

A) Listen to Christian rock, if your not tearing your ears off it will put you to sleep
B) Sleeping pills
C) Not staying up for 18 hours and trying to go to bed/wake up in time for work
