Being the curious type I like to find things out about other places/people/things. But generally these questions aren't really new thread worthy so I figured I would create a home for my many questions.
1st question

during a recent trip to Chicago I ran into something I found a bit odd. Now since i'm a "country boy" from TN I was surprised when every place we ate at in and around Chicago did not serve sweet tea/iced tea.(same thing when I was in utah and montana) So my fellow escapist do you drink sweet iced tea? Or is it generally just a southern thing?

I'll add more if this tread looks like it will survive.

I drink ice tea, I consider unsweetened iced tea to be an oxymoron. Course I'm from Virginia and my father's family is old time Virginian while my mother's from New Orleans.
