Snipers and you!

I suck the biggest nuts at sniping. In COD 5 I had to take 20 minutes to snipe the guy across the way. I just have really bad eyesight for good eyesight if that makes any sense. I just can't spot things well from far away and then execute. But I hate my friends who do because they just destroy me.

Go Co-Pilot in a chopper in BF2, how the @#$% people use that TV missile so well is byond me... Im like you, to me the whole ground looks like a blur of crap from 500ft.

Was that an M1 ?? Ooops my bad I could have sworn it was a T72 from up there... LOL Im lucky if I can even make out its a tank.

To tell basic shapes of enemies I have to stand right in front of my TV that is like 30 inches. I think I might be blind.

eh, i play CS:S and i am a better sniper than most people who play, but then most people local to me aren't exactly good to play with/against. I Wouldn't say im a great sniper but if i feel like some easy kills i'll bring out the trusty ol' scout.

I'm a midrange fighter, and I can't stand snipers and how they don't go for the objective or anything

I sometimes do, when the situation calls for it, i kind of try and go for a sniper/convert ops style, doesn't work out most of the time, claymores, and i crouch walk to avoid being heard, in other words "your dead, fool"

I use my pistol for that kind of event.

I like to think of myself as a pretty effective all rounder. I can use snipers quite well but i am better with a bolt action rifle using iron sights.
Using the iron sights makes it more challenging if you ask me, especially at long range

Heh, snipers, I played as one all the time in COD4 team games.
Sniping isn't about getting 20 kills a game(in non DM games) but rather using your range advatage to shut down an area or path. I would much rather shut down one end of the map(and funnel people to my team or keep a path open) and go 6-0 than do my run from spot to spot and go 17-8.

Exactly. Sniping isn't because of kills. Its to keep one place clear of enemies.

I play as sniper a lot in TF2, but I'm quite mediocre, and spies kill me all the time.
That's why I'm a good pyro!

Lol, I can only snipe in CS:S (so far) but I'm pretty good at it.

Anyone who uses the Fagnum Magnum Sniper Rifle is a loser and must be shot.

I've tried sniping I'm not amazing but I can get a kill it's not really my thing. I'm better at mobile sniping or using a assault rifle at Med-longish range.
