I've been playing quite a bit of various FPS' recently, and something that I never thought about before has begun to bother me.
To elaborate, modern FPS's will more often than not make the hipfire accuracy of sniper rifles comically bad. Though I understand the reasoning behind it (to encourage the usage of snipers as long range weapons), I can't help but hate it, as it's supremely irritating when I miss a shot when the barrel of my sniper rifle is literally an inch away from an enemy's chest.
Thoughts?
