Snow Rage!

I has it.

I've just finished shovelling the snow off my road, and now it's snowing again, putting a fresh layer down. It took me an hour to do it all, and it looks like I'll have to do it again before the evening traffic comes.

Any other Escapists raging against the snow?

I hate the cold in general, but snow always makes it better.

Unless I'm driving of course and the roads freeze over. Then it makes me want to throw a fit.

Snow fell today and a couple days ago, the snow of the couple days ago froze, so we have a small layer of snow untop of a thing layer of extremely slippery ice.
Current temprature: -5.

snow only rages u if u drive i reckon (which i do), or if you are stuck up north i guess. i quite like walking my dogs in it tho, they love it.

I find it amusing how quickly the UK went from "oooh Snow yay" to "OMFG PISS OFF SNOW!!"

There is very little snow though. It hasn't snowed in a month, since it normally stops snowing when temperatures fall to -10.
Aditionally, all the snow that fell a month back has turned into ice now. Basically, it's cold, and everything is covered in ice.

Well the roads up here in the north of England are murder so in the morning I don't know how many staff are turning up to work, public transport has ground to a halt because despite the fact that this happens every year the local councils always seem surprised when it does and never have any contingencies in place, and on top of that I'm a smoker so thanks to the smoking ban I have to spend half my day standing outside in the bloody stuff.

I used to love snow as a kid though.

The snow in the north of England is about a foot deep. It's amazing! Just jumping face first into it, sliding down hills, avoiding all work on the basis of 'there's too much snow!'

I'm sure if I had a car with me it'd be annoying, but I don't. So snow is awesome!

Strapping in and attacking the mountain on Sunday. Woohooo! Those little kids learning to ski better be watching out for my first day wrath!

It was a long summer, I had fun at the lake but now it's time to shred the nar-nar and hit the terrain park. I've also got two trips planned with my brother, we're going to hike some back country and hunt for sweet powder.
