Finland has had snow for about a month now, and it's about -20C outside. Yeah.

Thank you for sharing that, made me lol :D none the less, this is the UK, and we had all of two days of snow last year and councils still ran out of grit for the roads ^_^ If the snow's getting started this early this year, rural areas aren't going to stand a chance...

I live in the only part of the UK where snow is NOT in the forecast =(

It's at times like this I hate the South East (but at any other time it's the superior region =P)

i think its hilarious when we get snow here, its like an inch and the whole country dies and gets all sue happy, any other country in the world, everyone just carries on.
on the whole global warming thing, i think its a myth and we're just in a partically sunny part of the earths natural...happenings.

Ahahahahahahahaha.....ha! That isn't snow! That is a slight dusting of mild frost! Even then you probably just spread some icing sugar over the street :p
I'd remind you that was at 6am this morning, and I'm just back home trying to warm up. We're actually in a dip, so we're almost like Plymouth in the lack of snow, so any is good with me :)

I would have a photo, but first thing in the morning I look more like an Auton. ;)

It is snowing really lightly here in New York which is awesome, but I wish it would snow harder here. Also climate change sure is something. That is all.

Man I wish I could live in Finland. Just for the snow... Wait, you guys have big hills/mountains there, right? Cuz I want to snowboard.

OT: *Looks out the window* Yeah we have some snow here in Iceland. Hell, there is even more snow here than in England.

Crap, it's almost December, I'm smack in the middle of a high valley in the Rocky Mountains, and we've yet to get more than two inches of snow. It's like 70 degrees outside right now (okay, more like 60, but still). It's very not normal...

Well we do have a load of ski centers.

But living here is less nice in the time around Jan-Feb when it can easily hit -35C.

Which is exactly the kind of cold that I love.

I am living in one of very few locations in Canada without snow. It's snowing right now but it's not staying on the ground.
Huh, I live in canada and we have snow on the ground. Woke up at 10 and only noticed at 12. Just a bit, but I like it.

Heh, you're just up the road from me. Odd that it's on the ground for you but not for me.
