What game, for you, has been so bad it's good?
Myself? I cannot contribute, for I haven't endured such a circumstance.

I can't believe it's not been said already. Runescape.
It shouldn't be as much of a time killer and as addicting as it is. It's just amazing :D but kinda crap at the same time if you've got a free account. As they constantly remind you of all the stuff you could have if you weren't so poor.

Merc 2. So many glitches that it would be frustrating if I took it serious. Plus the physics system that made no sense at times.

Okay, I mean if a game plays well. Like, it works. To say the least. But everything else is meh or okay at best.

Like this, that's a good example.

50 Cent: Blood on the Sand.

The game itself isn't bad, but everything is so cheesy and over the top that you can't help laughing and having a lot of fun.

It's so bad it's funny.
I know what you mean. My friend and I saw how fast we could get to by reversing in circles. After about a minute it got to a billion mph. Or at least we thought it did, because the numbers were jumping off the speedometer.

The voice acting in Just Cause 2.
Hell yes, but I'm pretty sure it's meant to be that way with all those mid-air jet hijackings and such.

Haven't encountered a game that would qualify. Perhaps Cooking Mama, if I ever play it.
As for movies, Tremor. That thing was so bad it was epic. I've heard some people classify Starship Troopers in that category as well, but I personally think ST was awesome because it was made of pure awesome.

There are no games like that, how can anything bad be good?
Think Rocky Horror Picture Show. The things in it are done so over the top that you enjoy it anyway.

OT: Games? I haven't seen one yet that's like that. It's a bit harder to get into that sweetspot when you involve a player in it, as ye oldie "x" factor can blow most set ups clear out of the water.

That works better for the movie industry. Fucking up a movie can lead to amusement, fucking up a game always leads to frustration.
Not always. Sometimes a crappy game can still be fun when played with friends.

For me, it would be BtVS: Chaos Bleeds. The multiplayer involved two people in a graveyard killing infinitely respawning monsters or, more usually, each other by "accident". There were a selection of generic power-ups like haste, extra HP etc which came in blank Mario Kart-esque boxes so you never knew what you were picking up. It also featured one called - I shit you not - "Death". Whoever picked it up had a random chance of just dropping dead and the game ending. Terrible design choice, sure, but hilarious!
