Been watching Community (surprisingly good show!) recently, and there was an episode where a few of the characters go all mystery science theater 3000 on a couple of (fake) bad films.
Basically, you take an awful film, get a few friends together, and watch it, taking the piss as it goes.

Are there any games suited to a similar treatment? Do you think it would work, taking it in turns playing through games, laughing at an appalling story and frustratingly bad mechanics? (basically unskippable, but with gameplay too)
Can't think of any off the top of my head, so I leave it up to you, escapist.

Drakengard and Drakengard 2 are pretty good. Actually playing the game is kind of a chore, but its so much fun to make fun of.

Dungeons and Dragons Daggerdale.

Fun if you have a friend or two with you to mock it with but truly terrible if you try and play it alone.

This is actually a pretty good suggestion. Check the LP for a good laugh and head scratching: http://lparchive.org/Drakengard/ LP'er also makes fun of the games.

Aside from that I watched an LP of that Call of Cthulhu game (I've forgotten the full title) where the player got really angry and frustrated as the game went on. That was quite funny.
