I'm going with Kingdom Hearts, Kingdom Hearts II, and Final Fantasy VIII because they had little side stories going while the credits were playing. That's a win in my book. Portal and Portal 2 also had those catchy songs.

Worst credits I've ever watched: Resistance 2. Literally ten minutes of names on a black screen, with no bonus scene at the end. What a waste of time.

I was actually really impressed with Spider-Man: Edge of Time's opening credits. The way they were woven into the starting area was truly inventive. Too bad the rest of the game wasn't as good.

It's a Let's play but all the non let's play vids cut the actual credits out. dunno why.

Skip to around 4:30 for where the credits start.

And nothing will ever beat God Hand for pure awesome on that ending credits sequence. lol

Kingdom Hearts II. Seeing all the loose ends in the worlds tie up was pretty cool and sad at the same time.

I'm embarrassed to admit that I've never actually played Portal, but Portal 2 would get a pretty strong vote in my book because of the song, so simple and yet so hillarious.

In terms of genuinely good endings, not just catchy songs, I have to agree with previous posters about the SE games like Kingdom Hearts and various Final Fantasies. SE Generally does a good job of continuing the ending sequence throughout the credits by tying together loose ends.

I found the ending song to be somewhat emotional to those who played it and I love how Ammy just walking that and seeing the story retold with those animal running about. It's also funny when you see the imp jamming it out like a band!

And as for end credits, it has to be Sonic Generations for me. DAT NOSTALGIA.
