So...computer issues

No, I'm not going to complain, not exactly, rather I've recently made an observation and I'm curious about input on two (or rather one, or so it feels to me) issues of mine.

First, I've been playing battlefield 3 (and yes, I play Mass effect 1 and 2, Skyrim, the total war series, so no, I'm not a stupid shooter lover...a man can like several different things), unfortunately my graphic card died, and I, foolishly, bought the great geforce 560 GTX ti card, "perfect for battlefield 3"...only now the game's crashing every other match.
So I look up the issue...and find that I'm far from the only person suffering from this, apparently it seems to be some sort of driver issue (I'm currently about to test the old driver to see if that helps, but that's besides the point) that means the card that's supposed to be perfect for battlefield 3 suddenly is anything but that.
Then it's google chrome...or rather the plugin for flash shockwave that keeps crashing...and again I look it up and find I'm not the only person suffering from this, and that it does so on various browsers...buuuut a patch "is coming soon" or something in that way...

Anyway, it struck me that this seems to be same issue in a way, software pushed out so soon it doesn't actually work all that well and inevitable hits snags that needs to be fixed...and that leads to my question.

Whose fault is this?

Is it the makers? For being sloppy as they work? The publishers, for pushing the release-date as soon as possible so as to compete? Is it the consummer, for being less choosy and simply accepting these issues and refusing to wait for something more functioning (and yes, that would include me)? Or is it the internet itself, as in the very easy access to information that makes these patches possible and so makes all above more possible?

Or is this just a tiny smote of an issue, and I should just shut up? (though in that case I'd point at DA2, I liked it actually, but it wasn't finished)
