Prelimenary thoughts, Escapists?

I myself am thoroughly enjoying it. Combat is very fluid and the eye candy, it is everywhere.

Also, demon-baby killing. Woot!

I'm about an hour in, and it's a fairly one-dimensional story so far. "The Devil has my woman, I must murder tons of dudes".

Tearing Minos' face off with a spiked Flywheel was pretty damn awesome though.

I think the game looks pretty good, and killing demons with a scyth, pretty much badass. I'll have to read a couple reviews though, i alrady spent too much money this month on games but its on my pick it up when i can list.

I do apologise. It was wrong of me.

No, I have played the game, and frankly I detest it. The combat, I find samey. The plot, I find dull, and the graphics I find to be choppy in places.

Though it shows some moderately nice eye-candy, it looks like a boring boss fight that whittles down to moderately quick button presses when it tells you what to press. Also, when I played the demo I noticed that you can dispatch just about every enemy by grabbing them and either doing the 'good' thing or the 'bad' thing. I was able to do that constantly to a room full of enemies so that it wasn't even slightly a challenge.

It simply doesn't look like a satisfying game to play to me.
