How about a cruise ship? It'd be sort of similar to the mall/casino settings, but with a slightly different feel. You'd be trapped at sea, all the lifeboats would be gone, and there would really be no hope of escape without a chopper or rescue boat.

Wouldn't be impossible considering the size of the newest ones.

Still even the worlds largest ship can only hold about 5000 people. Would be hard to get the zombie genocide achievement. Maybe if the ship was docked in some resort town in the Caribbean or something. Speaking of zombie genocide give us a reward for doing it. In Dead Rising 1 you got a Megabuster. You didn't get anything for it in Dead Rising 2 as far as I know.

Edit: My bet is it's going to be a Disney World-esque theme park.
