PS3 Move is an improve over the Wii, IMO. But there isn't really any games out for it yet. With that said, I am addicted to bocce ball on that sports game you get in the bundle.

Kinect: no controllers, no buttons to press, just moving in front of a camera isn't an invitation for porn companies to make interactive porn games again, I don't know what is.

I think it's funny how everyone still insists that motion control is a gimmick, when there has already been plenty of precedents or even mainstream success of motion controls in the arcade scene. (i.e. time crisis or Police 9/11 anyone?)

It's easily a better product than the wii+, in the future it should be able to surpass any wii game in performance just for the sheer fact that it's a much better product. The worst part about the whole situation is that the first games for it just suck hard monkey dick. Once they have some decent software I'm quite positive that this hardware will shine...

Yep. It's incredibly responsive and once the software gets going it's going to be pretty special.
Just don't hope SONY don't ignore the core gamer, and judging by Heavy Rain, Killzone 3 and Resi 5, it seems fair to say they won't.

I'm past the motion control phase. I extinguished it with the Wii I purchased, that I no longer play (at all). I understand the Move is much more advanced and precise compared to the Wii, but I have no interest in it at this time.

Aside from the fact that there are no games, and no games planned for it that I'm interested in.. I'm just not that into it.

Though if I had to choose between Kinect and Move, it would have to be Move. The utterly ridiculous nonsense that is Kinect, with no buttons is just hilarious. Anyone remember the article about Sony making fun of Microsoft for being so dependent on first-person shooters for it's 360? Yeah, and it's mostly true, so I find it ridiculous that they went the 'no buttons' route, making it impossible to play a FPS with any quality. Or for that matter, use gas/brake in a racing game... *snicker*.

Maybe in a few years, I'll see where it's at, but I'm fine with buttons.

Also, "NO GAMES" tends to be a trend with sony. But something proven a long, long time ago, is no matter how many games you make for a peripheral, the fact there are two barriers for entry (the console and the controller) undermines potential marketshare. If, instead of completely repackaging the gamecube to make the wii, nintendo had tried to just release a motion controller for the gamecube, they'd be in a grave next to SEGA right about now.

oh yea, another thing. Do not play the game in just your underwear. I ALMOST had my camera

take a pic of me in my underwear and then posting that photo on my facebook.

That settles it, anything that prevents me from gaming in my underwear is not allowed in my house. Maybe the 360 version will have protection from that?

Other than that no games for it that interest me = not buying it.
