So DRM doesn't stop piracy... what do you think developers should do instead?

The Best piracy solution I'm aware of is providing a lot of online content that the user has to be connected through a legit account to access. Stuff like what Ubisoft has been doing, we should be able to play offline in case of internet outages or in case our laptop is in an area with no reliable access but if there are a ton of cool features that we need a connection to use then people will buy the game for those features. Otherwise it's not even a lost sell because whoever downloaded it obviously isn't interest enough to have bought it in the first place or they're obviously so dirt poor buying it isn't an option.
