The first game I ever bought for myself was Ultima III on the Apple II. I know it's in a box at my parent's house, along with Zork I and II.

System Shock 1, on PC. :) It's not SUPER old, but I don't tend to keep really old games around these days.

I guess my oldest game would have to be Super Mario Bros/Duck Hunt on the NES. Though I don't know if it's an original 1985 cartridge or if my family waited a few years until buying it. So I might have some other NES cartridge that's older. But this stuff was all bought before I was even conceived, so fuck if I know.

I own an educational video game called Treasure Mountain on floppy disk from 1990. Played the crap out of it as a kid. Playing it now is no fun... curse education.

King's Quest V, in its original box :).

We may have EGA Trek or Grand Prix Circuit kicking around somewhere, but we only had them on discs, never original boxes. I do remember the blue discs we used to order of shareware, where we got Dark Ages, Duke Nukem, Major Stryker, Jill of the Jungle and so on. Great times.

Actually now that I think of it we have a boxed copy of Duke Nukem. Can't remember if that was before King's Quest V or not.

I also have a copy of Operation Wolf I ordered recently to test a NES I dug up.

My parents used to have an old hand-me-down Macintosh when I was in elementary school (~13 yrs ago) with a few games on floppy disks (the actually-floppy 5.25 inch kind). I might have the games lying around the basement if they weren't thrown out years ago.

Other than that, my first console was the Sega Genesis (Model 2, and I think the N64 may have actually already been released at the time), so I'd say Sonic 1. However, my older cousins had an NES, which they gave to me around the same time I got my Genesis, so Mario Bros, Excitebike, or (groan) Fester's Quest could be around here somewhere.
