Wait, AvP is the second best selling game on steam? Quite surprised at that reallyGrey_Focks said:considering it's currently the second best selling game on steam, there will probably be a small increase in the number of people playing it online, for a little while at least. Myself and three friends all picked it up, if only for the campaign and the survival/horde/firefight co-op mode it has with my friends. If there's any multiplayer at all when the download finishes (16 Gb!? Really!?) It will be a pleasant surprise.
9 times out of 10, when steam has a 75% off sale, the game in question will be on the top-10 selling list during the actual sale, usually in one of the top three spots, and probably for a day after it ends.gibboss28 said:Wait, AvP is the second best selling game on steam? Really seldom matters on the actual quality of the game, so long as it isn't unplayable. People love a good sale, simple as. And hell, for $5, what's to lose even if it is terrible?
