So, how did you come to join the Escapist?

I've been watching Zero Punctuation since it began, and I've been lurking around since then. Not sure why I didn't join back then, but hey, better late than never.

Seems like almost everyone joined that way, odd, the escapist should pay him more.

Do they get that much money from people joining?

i mainly stayed because of the articles and news letters, although i do still enjoy the videos.

A friend showed me a Zero Punctuation episode, then I poked around the site. Had a look at the forums and found, to my suprise in wasn't filled with the usual annoying bile that you get on most internet forums so I decided to sign up.
