I have recently discovered, that I cannot drink beer.
In its absence I need a nice drink that I can have with my friends when we go out. Any suggestions?

OT: Start with lighter beers. That helps. Otherwise start with Cider, that tends to get you over the taste.

Why can't you drink beer? Doesn't sit well? Don't like the taste?

At any rate, if you don't want the strong stuff, there's plenty of malt beverages out there from the various big names in booze. They're just not very manly.
