That's right, yet another blocky mining/rpg/adventure game but this time it's in isometric view. However, this game is closer to Dwarf Fortress than Minecraft.

You start with 11 NPCs to control after a randomly generated map is created. As you wander around you'll see tress to chop and stone to mine, but you'll probably want to put it someplace.

Once you gather materials you'll want to make them into something else, like walls or tools or weapons. However, don't forget that your NPCs need food. Once you have your food supply taken care of, you'll want to build houses to attract more NPCs. Each person get their own 'zone' that is claimed upon creation.

After getting a few crafting places set up, you might notice that some things need materials that are found mostly underground. Also underground is the dungeon.

I haven't made it that far in game but I've been having a blast the whole time I played it. If you find this interesting at all, check it out. I've put a few links below.

Is this an advertisement for Towns?
I'd wager most people on the Escapist who would be into this kind of game already heard about it months ago. We're pretty on the ball around here.

You can't be a bot, you have more than 3 posts and friends and an avatar and badges...
If you want to talk about the game, okay, but your OP looks suspiciously like advertising.

Yeah, definitely not a bot. Probably just looking for people to play with, eh TC?

I would probably try it out, but I'm posting from a phone and have no internet-worthy computer at this moment.

Not advertising here, just wanted to spread the joy. It's free to try (like minecraft is) and I figured people might like to know something like this exists. It's still in beta right now.

I've been a pretty big fan of the whole 'dig this, build that' genre of games that have been popping up since MC was out.

*Cough* Sorry, that happens every once in awhile.
