It's definitely lupus.
It's never lupus.

Time to intiate a series of tests that will nearly kill you and probably come under the purview of gross negligence.

But I'm House.

I get my answers.
Surely we need to do a MRI?!!?
The MRI is out of order.

Time to improvise, using a milk carton, a paperclip and some chewing gum.
You'd better pray this works, we're staring down the maw of a really vicious lawsuit.
Honestly? It's going to get a lot worse before it gets better. Then it'll get worse. Then better.

Well, until the episode finishes or it's a series cliffhanger.

Aren't you in jail at the start of this season?

It must've not gotten better.

Take a break, and if it goes away, mention it to your doctor next checkup. If it doesn't go away, go see a doctor right now. Everything you do online in regards to diagnosis must be either for entertainment, for possible simple remedies that are next to 0 risk (If an icepack might help according to the internet, why not try an icepack if it can't hurt), or to see if people say that this symptom could be a indicator of something serious to get you to go to a doctor immediately. Basically, diagnose away, assume that you are almost definately wrong.

The one time I diagnosed myself, the emergency room doctor stole my diagnoses, charged me 700 bucks to tell me to keep taking advil and go get a physical, and my regulardoctor told me why my diagnosis didn't make any sense whatsoever.
