So if you could put 2 games in a blender, what would they be?

As the title states, if you could blend 2 games together what would they be and why?
At the moment I am playing a massive amount of Dungeon Defenders with a few friends and I've got to say, I have not had so much co-op fun in ages (prob since Borderlands). I love the visual style, its like the screen is making sweet love to my eyes, the loot is fun, the economy is excellent, characters are fun to play with varying styles and overall I'm really enjoying the game.

The second game I played many hours of prior to this (like many people) is Skyrim, I wont get into the good and bad points of that as its been done to death. Whilst it was not perfect I still had fun with it and sunk many hours into exploring the vast wilderness and snowy mountains (loved those).

I would love to blend these two games together to see the result. Id have the visual style of dungeon defenders, probably along with the economic system and obviously co-op gameplay. From Skyrim it would mainly be the massive world to explore, different dungeons/caves/knee to arrow jokes etc. Along with the story driven character development, you would have a really fun game.

So aside from my blended game fantasy, what would you guys make?

Mass Effect 2 and Skyrim.

Basically I would just like ME2 to be bigger, have more exploration, more freedom, more sidequests, more loot, etc. etc. etc.

Does putting them into an Xbox and then tilting it over count as putting them into a blender? I've done that before.

Legend of Zelda and Guild Wars. How awesome would that be? I semi-realistic mmo based in the zelda universe. The knights of hyrule have to protect the kingdom from evil invading gerudo, shadow creatures, and ancient evils, with that guild wars ascetic...

amusingly 6 months ago my reaction would have been a pokemon mmo. But we're getting one of those soon enough thanks to Blizzard.

Huh, The Witcher 2 and ... Planescape Torment.

The Witcher 2 had some wonderful art that respected both setting and colour. The result would be an interesting RPG with great art and locations, characters, story and...really sucky gameplay? Well, I tried.

To be honest, it would probably end up below my expectations but nothing that has Planescape in it can end up worse than 'average'.

Yeah yeah, and Joker would have been a Spectre like me but he took an arrow to the knee, we know.

Okay.... what I was trying to say is that it would be a cool ability in for shepherd to use. No meme intended...

Silent Hill 2 and GTA San Andreas.
I would love to see a creepy atmospheric horror game that also doubled as a massive sandbox, preferrably one that doesn't give me headaches or bug out constantly like the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. games.

Left 4 Dead and Skyrim/Fallout 3.

Open-world zombie survival, but well done (unlike Dead Island)

You can go around looking for other survivors, build a team, be a lone wolf... whatever you want. Pick locks, steal from people, turn a leather jacket and football pads into makeshift armor... stuff like that.

And online co-op of course.

ET and.... X Blades.

My blender is broken, using garbage disposal. :)

Oh, and Halo and Call of Duty just to confuse dedicated fans.

Skyrim and one of the Persona games.

Let me just preface this by saying, I freaking love Skyrim. It's been nothing but fun to play. However, I feel like, after a while, I want to see some interesting, developed characters. Everyone seems similar to those random people they kept running into in the Pokemon show - you meet a person, you help with their one problem, and then life is good. They never really develop as characters, though the huge amounts of expositionary dialogue they get does help to set them up at first.

But I would really love to see a fantastic open-world RPG like Skyrim have just a small group of friends that have real character arcs, and really develop throughout your interactions with them. Make them less like constructs, and more like people. The factions sort of try to do this, occasionally, but for the most part those are just more of the same "Help me do this stuff and I will like and respect you" stuff. The Persona games always managed to do this with the Social Links and whatnot, where you don't necessarily have to accomplish a specific goal in between your adventures, but your interactions with people helped them along their own growth as characters.

Granted, putting that into an open-world game would be tiring for the writing staff and probably annoying for the rest of the team, but... it would be neat!

Gothic II:Night of the Raven & Gothic 3

Not sure if two of the same series is acceptable, but whatever.

Gothic 3 features, in my opinion, one of the greatest video game worlds/environments ever with some excellent variety (Varant in particular is simply amazing). With a little work, the storyline could also be really, really good. But the gameplay and NPC's was shockingly bad/mediocre.

Now, combine the world and story (a little deepened) with the fantastic gameplay and characters of Gothic II:Night of the Raven, and you would have a near-flawless game right there.
