My friend and I have discussed this a lot...
1) Pokemon + Harvest Moon. It'd be a Pokemon game that actually let you breed the damn things rather than taking them to some weird guy and his wife. Think of it like farming with Pokemon. Pokemon battling would still be included.
2) The Sims + LEGO. Yeah. It's begging for it. It'd be a really strange game, don't get me wrong, but I'd love to see where it could go. xD
3) This is the one I actually really want: Skyrim + The Sims. I can't help it. I love simulation games. Always have. But sometimes, I want to stop worrying about the bathroom and get out and actively do things. World Adventures and Medieval are steps in the right direction, but WA is super simplistic with its puzzles and Medieval turns what would be RPG gameplay into random events in rabbit holes.
I also wouldn't mind more simulation elements in Saints Row. Random events (like Skyrim) would be nice too (but I haven't had the chance to play The Third yet, I'm still eagerly awaiting the money to get it with).
