That said, if you are determined to tread the doomed path, from interviews I've gleaned this about his workflow:
- Writes and records the skit beforehand
- Makes the panels in photoshop to 'visualize' what he's saying
- Tracks the photoshop-made panels to the audio in Windows Movie Maker (free)
- Profit
