There arnt, there are shortasses though. On topic I would also like to coin the phrase "horasontally unchallenged".Aco88 said:I didn't know there were people who are "vertically challened"
I was getting more of a Ctrl-Alt-Del vibe from it, myself, just without the bitterly sarcastic comment at the end. Besides, if this strip wanted to be like Fanboys, it's have to update only three times a year.Starke said:Does the art in this remind anyone else of Fanboys?
Yeah, I was talking exclusively about the art itself, not the writing.Heart of Darkness said:I was getting more of a Ctrl-Alt-Del vibe from it, myself, just without the bitterly sarcastic comment at the end. OT: I think I missed something because I don't get it.
Ah. Disregard the above comment, then.Starke said:Yeah, I was talking exclusively about the art itself, not the writing.Heart of Darkness said:I was getting more of a Ctrl-Alt-Del vibe from it, myself, just without the bitterly sarcastic comment at the end. same as already forced 2 xmas trees to be returned to the shops under the threat of them going out my window into the river these last few weeks. Fact shops overlook 2 holidays to get stuff in for xmas peeves me off as bonfire night almost dead because of these shenanigans.himynameiskarl said:I am Jack's fury with festive holidays.
Three cheers for the working class!HaraDaya said:Who needs Christmas when you have a job.
Lucky bastard! I tried this on my boss but instead all I get is "it's the season"!Celtic_Kerr said:I basically pulled this speech on a mall supervisor upon hearing christmas music on the first of november. Pure. Win. They don't play christmas music anymoreIrridium said:Hehe, I know someone who gave me the same damn speech. Only with more swears.
My reaction was pretty much the same. Just stood there, staring.
Thank you. I felt it was way too cliche and full of dribble. Every year people talk about the commercialization of holidays as they approach, especially Christmas and Valentines Day. It's not edgy anymore and to depict someone being surprised or angered about the fact that advertising starts this early, they are either is late to the party or insulting us for our perceived lack of intellect.HentMas said:...didn´t liked it
the jokes have being done and better in other comics
the characters are kind of your run of the mill stereotypes on web comix
and "the man that rages on holy days" is just... not trying...
meh... two strips in and i didnt liked it... lets hope it gets better
