Y'know, you might be onto an idea for a successful webcomic there...

I've never had hallucinations as such, in that I at no point believed them to be real, and in fact summoned them myself. When I write something, I start to imagine the people and places, and sometimes I see them. Sometimes, I talk to them a little, to get an idea of them, question what they would do in the situation. But like I said, I know that not to be real, as hell, I'm making it up.
Critical Miss on escapist here already basically is doing that.

I have some FANTASTIC weed stories from my friends.

OT: Anyhow, you may want to, at the very least, make sure your doctor or whoever prescribed these pills to you know about these side effects you're having. It might be better if they could get you on something else that doesn't affect you like this. You don't want to be in a job interview or something and suddenly have Christian Bale style Batman burst into the room screaming incoherently at you.
Sure...From your friends...
And he said they wouldn't last forever, and they have in fact pretty much stopped.

Yes! Whenever I'm pretty stressed, I get sleep hallucinations like that. I'll be awake and aware of my surroundings, but see crazy weird things like spider people and vampires in the room. Sometimes the room I'm in will actually look like a different room altogether, like my room back home. It's weird because I'm processing in my head that I know that's not real, but I CAN'T MAKE MY EYES STOP SEEING IT. The good thing is, they tend to go away on their own, and might stop bugging you after some time.

I used to get them every day for a few months last year in particular. One of the weirdest was looking over and seeing TV's Frank sitting on my bed.

At least I think it was a hallucination.

Sorry but when you said that you see Shepard dancing I burst out laughing because it reminded me of this
That shit is hilarious. I can't breathe from laughing. I can't believe I missed it on my playthrough in ME2. I always knew Shepard was a bad dancer but I never saw that specific scene.

OT: Yep, Commander Shepard does it for me. And the fact that you miss him makes it even more hilarious.

I once talked to a hermit crab that had the voice of chef from south park. I think we talked about how we like are steaks cooked. He preferred well done while I like my steak medium rare.

The worst I've had is seeing lights, skittering shadows and such.
I do have auditory hallucinations, mostly people calling my name (usually shouted, sometimes whispered), alarms going off, and phones ringing.

My antidepressants cause vivid and disturbing nightmares, indiscernible from reality.
Hold on: was that a Twilight Zone reference?
Not intentionally, lol. Was it?
I can't remember the exact episode name/number, but it's about a man who's afraid to fall asleep because he has vivid and disturbing nightmares which he can't tell apart from reality. A heavy theme is the idea that he might just still be asleep. I think a psychiatrist believed the behavior was a side-effect of medication, like antidepressants.

Well, most (if not all) antidepressants in even moderate doses list vivid nightmares as a potential side effect. I gotta tell ya, while not afraid of falling asleep, I'm not really keen on it, lol. Horrible, horrible stuff. I feel everything like I would right now, sitting here wide awake. Better than the depression, though >_>

I don't really hallucinate, I see things but they're things I imagine myself. My most common sight is a cybernetic version of myself that runs across roofs and wires along the routes I take along the road. That guy's badass!
