Most likely myself. Never got into making Mii's out of famous individuals. That being said, I just hope that the game gives you accessories to further individualize the Mii's. As they were presented they will look very plain without some sort of cosmetic additions.

More like who have I made already! I already have Tommy Wiseau (Tommy Wiseau Enters The Room), Brock (Brock is ready to Rock), myself (Shoggoth Slithers into The Ring). Not sure who else I could make honestly...I'm hoping the 3DS version has a QR code reader like Animal Crossing so as to import Miis made by other people.
I've been trying to think of specific characters that I want to put into the roles of Brawler, Gunner and Swordsman.
I definitely want to have Annie from "Attack On Titan" as one of my Brawlers. I think I'll also make a Scott Pilgrim Mii for Brawler as well.
Maybe I'll have Travis Touchdown be the Swordsman and get Bayonetta as my Gunner.
While it's fun to just put random famous people/characters into games I think it will be more fun to actually make them fit thematically with the different moves and styles that Sakurai has given us.

The Jojos (Jonathan, Joseph, Jotaro, etc). All Mii Brawlers, especially if I can have a rapid punch.
