Like the game or not...Final Fantasy 13 has some of the best looking menus ever.

I mean, the status menus display your selected character in the background with a short CG scene that turns into a still shot. I've gotten distracted by fucking menu BACKGROUNDS.

Not to mention the gorgeous Crystarium.

Now...if only someone on Youtube had put up a video of this, and NOT talk over it...I could show you.

I love the menus on (not a game) Animoto.com. It's a site for making presentations (slide shows, how exiting!) and it's not very robust, but DAAYYYUMMM.

In terms of games, I'm partial to Oblivions menu, for some reason. Hate the one in Bad Company 2 though, as the letters all blur together.

They are extremely pretty. I love when you highlight a character in the stats or whatever, and they do that little movement thing before freezing in a beautiful position. I agree on the Crystarium, too, first time I saw that, my first impression was of how lovely it looks.

Agreed. They work so well with the game, I especially love flicking through the PC version menus, so fluid and pretty.
