When I was little I would take my Gameboy Advanced everywhere and one day it suddenly disappeared. Distraught I looked for it everywhere and still couldn't find it time passed and I figured it would turn up eventually. A year passed and I moved. As my old house was emptied out and everything put into boxes yet it did not turn up. 4 years later I found it under a couch in my new home, which led to a large WTF moment. I have also found many things on my desk I can't explain how they got there (such as toothpaste or a birdie from badminton).

Anyone else loose something only to have it turn up in an odd place and/or at an odd time. Or just find something completely odd where it doesn't belong?

Yes when I had my car on one of the lifts in my auto mech class once I had found a pair of womens sunglasses cought on the Oxygen sensor wire on the backside of motor.

Just last week i went to get some cereal from the cupboard above the double door oven. The cupboard door is about 6 feet off the ground with nothing near it except a flat smooth wall. Inside i found my cat. Yeah. My cat, just laying there waiting for someone to rescue her.

I once lost my DS and found it under my brothers bed........He left 3 years ago. the DS had came out 1 year ago. That was kinda weird

I had a lemon on my computer desk for a few days but that was because a friend gave it to me ( dont ask )

Oh, I got a bunch of these. These people come and clean my house every week, and for some reason they feel the need to move things as they're cleaning. Not even things that would be in their way, just random stuff. I've found...

-My toothbrush in the attic.

-My gameboy in the closet.

-My remote control in the garage.

-My shinai under the bed in the spare room.

-My Bible behind my TV

-And my personal favorite: Car keys in the cat's litter box...

OT: I once found my copy of Fool Moon in my truck. It was odd because I had lost it on a beach while I had been four-wheeling earlier that day, and it was in my pocket when I was. I knew I had lost it on the beach. How it ended up in my truck I will never know.

I managed to find my Dualshock 3 under my bed when I came home from school. Problem was, I lost it somewhere at school, since I bought it before I ever came home. Led to a huge WTF moment because I assumed one of my friends had stolen it. (My suitemate used to keep our door unlocked and one day he came in and liberated my Sixaxis to test out something on his PS3 without telling me, pissed me off to no end)

I lost my DS 3 years ago. I still can't find it .
Oh and what happened to you is that it probably got sucked into this space below the couch cushions. When you moved it fell out of a hole in the bottom.

I was once seaching franticly for my pencil, i checked my pockets, my desk, my binder, everything. Then I looked down and found it in my hand, WTF, how did I miss that.

And once I was a rigging an FJ (its a sailboat, it stands for flying junior, its like 10 feet long),

And i lost the ring ding pin, its one of those keychain rings, it attaches the JIB (the small sail at the front) to the bow of the boat. Those things are small and when they fall into the watter you can never find them. We just got a new one since we had like 50 extras.

When we were done sailing for the day I went swimming in the pond, When I came up I had it in my hand, it had floated out 50 feet, It was in my hand because I felt it when i came up again.

HOW THE HELL DID I FIND THAT?
