Advice: People will say chew lots of gum so you aren't as hungry, although it helps chewing gum in excess can lead to stomach ulcers, oh and drink lots of water.

Personal experience: I'm only 15 but i've always been in good shape (6'2 135 pounds toned)

I dunno about that one I used a pill called alli.

I personally lost 14 kilos, make of that what you will.
Alli doesn't have any eggs in it.

But did you poop yourself? It warns that's one of the treatment effects.

The best "slimming" product to be had is really fat friends. Like, Mississippi fat.

Damn you lucky person!
I can put the weight on immediately after eating ANYTHING!
It's really quite annoying.
Plus i've found out i'm going to need to keep this up for about 8 more weeks.
*sigh*

I don't know about slimming products, a lot of 'em end up being a sham.

But whatever you use, as long as you still eat healthy food (not just veggies- you need a balanced diet) and do exercise, you'll do fine. Going to a gym and talking to the trainer is a very good idea too.

Good luck on your diet! Show that fat who's boss! >:D

as alot of people have no doubt mentioned. diet foods are not sufficient. as much as we'd all like to believe otherwise, and dread the very notion, it's about exercize and relevant nutrition. cardio. not nutritional deprivation.

I have never dieted, nor do I really need to, but the main thing that you need is an ability to stick to it. Don't try and cut things out either, as people have told me that they cut out certain things (usually chocolate) and crave it more. Its usually best to have things in moderation.

It's not so much what you eat, as how much you eat. You could eat Twinkies and multivitamins, watch your total calorie intake, work out a bit, and still lose weight.

My advice is to eat larger amounts of healthy foods to diminish the need for unhealthy stuff, Always have a bottle of water next to you. Exercise is vital, get something to motivate you for it. A dog is a good way too get out and get a good amount of exercise. Motivation is key
Yeah, motivation. Gotta be willing to stick with it. Good luck.
I said the larger amounts because you can get your metabolism to work faster that way, if you eat smaller amounts your metabolism will go down. Meaning that as soon as you stop dieting, you'll gain weight twice as fast.
So my heavy snacking, coupled with the fact I walk everywhere, carry heavy loads and go for runs is the reason I've always been very slim?

1. Set reasonable goals. Do not try to go cold turkey, it won't work. If you're eating junk food every day, try to make it every three days. After you get used to that, reduce it to every five. And so forth.

2. Stick with your plan. If you cheat on your diet, you're not on a diet.

3. Exercise. Dieting alone will not produce the results you are probably looking for. Caloric burn has to exceed caloric intake by a decent margin. Diet gets you halfway there, exercise gets you the rest. It will also tone you up so you'll look even better.

Not sure if serious or sarcasm, but when I was on 'power' training for my first K1 tournament. All coaches I had said that same, about 1 kilo of rice with half a kilo of vegetables and 4 litres of water a day. With a lot of exercising.

I'm being serious, but I probably phrased it wrong. Thing is I tend to pack in a lot of food over the course of the day. Like... a lot. Unless I have a gigantic meal, I'm always happy to eat. Even more so now I'm training for the Royal Marines.
