Only 6 people read QC? What are you people doing with your lives? Read Questionable Content.
It's true, everyone should read QC, it's kind of like a funnier, friendlier and less drama packed Something Positive, with plenty of jokes about Tequila Monsters and Quantum Fetish Mechanics... also Indie Rock.

Jeph Jaques is also one of the few webcomicers willing to be incredibly verbose.

"So his cat was probably sexually aroused by peanut butter and elbows?"
"Yep, and due to Quantum Fetish Mechanics, someone is probably furiously masturbating to that mental image"

Okay, since my first post disappeared, I'll try again:

Most webcomics suck ass, but so does most of everything else, and there are a few good ones in there, as well as a few guilty pleasures.

Here are the ones that are REALLY good:

xkcd [http://xkcd.com/] (pure nerd humor at its finest. The jokes are hit-and-miss, but the ones that hit... hit HARD)
Misfile [http://www.misfile.com/] (a comic so brilliantly written and illustrated it shouldn't even be on the web. It's drawn in manga style but it's got nothing to do with anime)
Venus Envy [http://venusenvy.comicgenesis.com/] (a funny, sad, scary, touching, goofy and heartfelt tale with a social conscience)

And there are the ones that are probably, in perspective, not all that great but I love 'em anyway:

VG Cats [http://www.vgcats.com/] (for fairly obvious reasons)
The Wotch [http://www.thewotch.com/] (*sigh* I can't really defend this one, but what it does, it does well)
El Goonish Shive [http://www.egscomics.com/] (on the rare occasions when Dan actually updates)

I absolutely despise CAD and C&H, though. *ducks flying objects*

My first webcomic was Sluggy Freelance, back in 2000. These days-
let's see...
Sluggy, of course.
Penny Arcade
Partially Clips
Doctor McNinja
Basic Instructions
Perry Bible Fellowship
VGCats (tho it isn't the same without Dr. Hobo.)
And the best of all, the true justification for the internet, made entirely from smart and funny,
XKCD.

The Book of Biff: short and sweet.
Saturday Morning Breakfast Cereal: I like short/funny/disturbing comics.
Dueling Analogs: Video games comics are fun AND its how i discovered Zero Punctuation.
Sinfest: I like his material.

I spend a lot of time reading webcomics.

Concerned is great.
God, how did I forget Concerned? It kept me laughing for months. My favorite was "Headcrab rockets? There's an idea..." "To the lab!"

I used to love Penny Arcade, and still read it from time to time, but I don't find it as funny as I used to. Half the time they seem to be making comics based on some inside joke, or based on some article that I have to waste ten minutes reading just to get the joke. They're still alright though.

VGcats.... yeah, you're cool, but update huh?

When CAD started out, I loved it. I thought it was great, and as long as they stick with the gaming jokes, it's still not bad. But come on, is there actually anyone who's going there to read about what happens to Ethan and what's her face? Megatokyo did the same thing, and I stopped reading that one. So unless Chef Brian makes a visit....

I still read Fanboys online, but it's so random sometimes that I wonder why I bother.

And I don't think anyone mentioned this one, but The Slackerz?! It's just stick figures, but it's awesome. Right now, it's my favorite web comic.

Every now and again I check CAD, in hopes that I get lucky and it's a comic that is actually funny.
Explosm.net is okay
And the comics the Rooster Teeth guys post are generally hilarious.

Aah... *checks*
Okay, seriously, you can't tell me you don't read these:
Penny Arcade
Cyanide and Happiness
XKCD

These seem popular:
VG Cats
LFG (though I'm not sure I should count this as 'webcomic')
Ctr+Alt+Del (I just started reading the archive, so I'm WAY behind)

Well I like them:
Heroes Inc.
The Bend
garfield minus garfield (though I'm not sure I can count this, since it's just Garfield... with no Garfield.)

Most Recently Added:
Creepy Carly (It can be pretty awesome)
Ding! (I dunno, it doesn't suck.)

Edit: And now I read Order of the Stick. Thanks, Spleenbag.
