We all may not have one, but just let yourself think about it for a second, what comes to your mind? Have you ever asked someone something so absurd that it ended with a hilarious response, or was the question maybe a very philosophical question, and there wasn't any answer? It must have not been you who asked the question, you can take the question from a movie, a book, a video game, and why not even a song? And why not choose two favorite questions?

My favorite ones would be the classical "Wait, you have a sister? Is she hot?", how can you not ask those questions and avoid a moment of awkward silence? XD

It's your turn now, are you ready folks?

When I started this thread I were thinking "So David, how long do you think it will take them to say 'What's your favorite question?'?" and it seems like the community fails to disappoint =P

"So David, how long do you think it will take for them to say 'What's your favorite question?'?" is my favorite question.

:p

EDIT:
Alright, alright. Serious answer.

"How are you?" is my favorite question. At my job I meet a lot of different people each day, many of them are repeat customers who are familiar with me, and one of the most common things I hear is "How are you?"

Or some variation of the same question.

The reason it's my favorite question is because there's a lot of suspicion in the back of my mind that no one actually cares about what I say in response to it. They just say it as a social formality, because they can't think of anything else to say to me. If I didn't want to lose my job, I'd start coming up with creative and completely out-of-left-field answers just to see if anyone even responds rather than just tuning out my answer.
