There's a couple of things I'd like to ask, because I'm interested.
I played both games to death (and have retained my mental health), but there's some things I didn't get.

At the end of Pandemonium 1, where you run through the credits roll, near the beginning is a mushroom trampoline that stacks higher and higher until you're suddenly whisked away and brought to a different scene, made of building blocks.
The blocks read "TOYS for BOB". What does that mean?

And what was the whole plotline of Pandemonium 2? I couldn't figure it out for the life of me....

It's a game by Crystal Dynamics, for the Playstation One.

An LSD trip in two disks.

#Edit: I have only read the first two paragraphs of the latters plot. I feel dumber already.
But I'd like to point out that I learned something utterly pointless.

Pandemonium 2 said:
The race is on to stop the evil empress from plundering the comet's magic and perverting its power to her twisted desires of bringing freedom and happiness to the land. It's up to Nikki and Fargus to put an end to the odious, hateful, despicable and hair-colour challenged Queen's unwanted benevolence.
You play the BAD guys? Cool. Or DO you? SHe's evil, but she wants to bring happiness and freedom to all.

The plot is hard to understand as it is...

The whole story was upside down.

In 1 they just decide they bored of their lives and go to a wizards seminar and end up releasing a demon that eats their village so they go look for the wish engine that grants 3 wishes...in the end they end up wishing for a chicken, the monster dead and everyone to look like one of the characters.

In 2 you were trying to stop an evil Queen from bringing happiness to the land in which the queen has a bunch of helpers building rockets so she can fly to a comet named Comet Cometh...

This is why the games are called Pandemonium. The stories make no sense and the levels even less.

Its like sonic smoked some weed and took LSD pills.

They were awesome games. Avaible for the PC too.

I don't see where Sonic would logically come into any of this. The games aren't fast (nor do they try to be), they're well made and of high quality for the equivalent age of the Sonic Series at the time (I still firmly believe that Unleashed was the best since the Genesis days, but that's outside the point).
So quit bashing the hedgehog where it's not due, ok?

Well, now I understand why it's CALLED Pandemonium.

Now how about the whole "TOYS for BOB" thing?

The gameplay is similar to the sonic style just that. TOYS for BOB is the name of the developer branch of Crystal Dynamics if not wrong.

Also the plot of the Pandemonium games reminds me of those one/two/three word story forum games.
Were one person posts a word, then another person posts another word and so on and on and on. In the end you get some bizzaro story. Pretty much like how they came up with the plots for the games.

I see. I was thinking about the next-gen Sonic games. It's similar to the Genesis ones, with the exception that it's a 2D plane in a 3D render.

And thanks, the whole Bob thing's been pissing me off for at least a decade now.

That's one less niggling thing at the back of my mind. ^^

#Edit: Wiki? Cool! ...makes perfect sense. Thanks.

I think the pandemonium games called themselfs 2/5d...cause it had 3d objects in a 2d plane or something...

It's been done before, 2.5D. But those games were referred to as 'Isometric' (take games like Theme Hospital for example).

No, this is full 3D, but restricted somewhat to a linear path. Keep in note that the paths overlap (stay low and take the right road, jump up and take the left road, etc).

No, I think this is full 3D.
