Microsoft should be able to solve this. Take some pictures of the stuff he has sent you and tell the representitive that you will email him the proof. Tell him your being harrassed

A good place to start is to find out who he/she is. I doubt he just does this to you, and only you, randomly. He must have a reason, and therefore you probably know him. Any suspects based on that?

No. I only have three friends I know in person. He calls me countless names, usually for my slightly high pitched voice and always betrays me during games, even ranked. Not only that but he gives everybody who attempts to help shit. And he has been doing this over days now.

I didn't mean just friends. I meant anyone at all you've knows you and doesn't like you. Any bullies you know and like to pick on you, or if you're older, co-workers? anyone at all who might have a reason to hate you.

No, I'm 15 and havn't been employed yet(typical). The majority of my High school is mostly PS3. So I doubt it.

Change your Voice Communications to Friends Only. Turn on all your privacy settings, which should include your friends list, online status, and possibly your bio. Keep communications blocked. If he can still find you, it is because he knows somebody that you play with, and are using them to find you.

Until Microsoft gets its Banhammer swinging, just sign on with a status of Offline. You won't show up and people can't join you (but you can join friends if you want to play with someone).

Sometimes when he isn't feeling like being an ass, I'll undo most of it, and it usually backfires.

Maybe that's the problem, he sees that you will unmute after all he does to you, so he keeps up his assholery (not word but I'm going to use it) because he knows you're going to just unmute him again.
