I just had an idea for a thread and now I'm applying it.
What kind of Something Hero game would you make?

I'd make Surgeon Hero.

It would be a wii exclusive and your goal would be to perform life-saving surgery on as many patients as possible. The final level would have you operating on yourself to replace your left foot with a vending machine. Since this is a *insert noun here* Hero game you have to incorporate music into it somehow so I figure you would be operating with a band in the room that can reproduce whatever song you tell them to.

Now what game would you make?
