Something I must know about avatars.

I've got an avatar that I want to upload, but there's something I have to make sure of first. On the Escapist, is it considered weird to upload a picture of someone who's the opposite gender to what you are?

Not in the slightest. A lot of users here use female anime avatars when they are in fact male, plus I know a couple of girls here who use male avatars. So nope, not at all.

In fact, I'm also not an all-powerful drinking vessel (current avatar).

Oh, and senseless self-righteous violence. I guess gardening skill might be required for the whole gardener thing too, but chopping people up appears to figure into it far more often.
