Something is coming....(ARG)

Ever played an Arg? even know what one is? Well if you don't Let me explain a little.
Right now i'm in an Arg(alternate Reality game) and my Group is in last place. so i took it upon myself to start looking for help.
The game is called'"Something is coming". It's an Alternate Reality game, and the game has just recently started.
A quick Recap of the story is that A "barrier" appeared out of nowhere cutting off all contact with a town , Harpers ford, Washington. A man inside the barrier has a radio station set up and although he can get messages out we can not get messages in. Inside the barrier, it appears as if humans are in for a whole lot more then they would have expected with the appearance of plants being on the top of food chain and haveners, Immortal beings sent to help out the citizens of harpers ford so they can gain mortality.
On the Outside(that's where i come in) The Contingency foundation has set a quarantine on the United states and has chosen four Representatives for each zone. Although our tasks are slightly different we are working against each other and trying to discover and complete our zone objectives.

I hate sounding like an Ad But we really need help. You don't NEED to live in the Us, But there are portions of the game where either your rep, or someone in the timezone will need to go on "scavenger hunts" for lack of a better term. So if you are interested Here are some important emails....

So is this kinda like an LARP? Just stretch over a very long period. Or is this like a forum RP were we act like this is all real?

It's closer to a Larp. Yeah, You don't so much act as a character(at least so far in this one)
unless you view yourself when you interact with the players in the game.
For example, The Zone reps aren't allowed to share information to parties outside of their zone, but say they did want to we can create out of game forums where it is acceptable to not have to live by the rules within the game

anyway The game was on a hiatus over the last few weeks, It's started up again yesterday, with a new clue that might lead to where the compass is!
Hopefully a new transmission will be up soon, I'm looking forwa to hearing more about whats going on with randy and how dave is doing inside the barrier.
