So I do have this moments of where my manic depression takes over and I just feel like laying in a bed. Does anyone know of something that might help? like a funny cartoon or a nice song or even a game that could help.

By manic depression do you mean a depressed cycle in bipolar disorder or clinical depression? I have neither and confuse the two sometimes. Either way, I don't think there's one universal "treatment" for either one. For example, music (lately it's been Streetlight Manifesto) and mindless video games I can zone out to (like Diablo III and Torchlight II) get me back to normal when depression shuts me down more than usual. The music is motivating and the illusion of making progress in something helps straighten me out enough to get back into doing things I'm supposed to be doing, but the trick is to either start while I still feel the willingness to do things or overcoming the urge to do nothing long enough to start. I don't know if that will work for you. If getting involved in a web comic or a story or some funny videos helps motivate you then that may be the trick. All I feel comfortable suggesting is experimenting and see what works. Talking to someone, taking a walk, getting a hobby, listening to an album you really like, etc.

Here, these are some upbeat musical pieces I compiled a few days ago:

Happy listening.

Experiment with those and listen to a few while you walk, run, cycle, paint or draw. Lying in bed won't make you feel better, but any sort of productive activity helps.

I always feel more organised and clear-headed after writing in or just reading a notebook or journal. Even just the realisation that "well shit, I've been here before, and I got over it then..." can be constructive.

So yeah, my advice is get a small physical journal and use it to write lists, jot down ideas, draw cartoons, use it as a dream journal, whatever. It's surprisingly cathartic.
