Maxwell silver hammer. Its sounds so cheery and yet its about a nutcase killing people with a blunt object. The real irony is that it was sung by a bunch of vegetarian budhist hippies from the 60's

"A little Piece of Heaven" by Avenged Sevenfold.
That is one messed up song. Murder, cannibalism, necrophilia, that song had everything strange in it (imagine how many watch lists that sentence just triggered). The video was equally unnerving, but I think they took it off of YouTube.

Edit: Blast, ninja'd!

I would say Stinkfist by Tool, but that's too easy. Beautiful People by Marilyn Manson always makes me shiver slightly.

Kill Rock and Roll by System of a Down
and Prequel to the Sequel by Between the Buried and Me just because it's story is so sad.

Well there is that orchestration of the Shadow Temple theme... That managed to creep me out without needing lyrics...

A lot of songs by Rammstein are scary. Mein Teil is the creepiest but Dalai Lama is creepy too (and awesome):

Come here~
Stay here~
We'll be good to you...

I still love 'em, though.

I eventually took "Dead Sound of Misery" by Blind Guardian out of my music lineup.

Not necessarily because the song itself was disturbing, but because the music itself (a minor-key variation of their song "Fly") creeped me out too much.

Diane by Therapy? (Yes, I know it is a cover, but I like this version better)

Strange, that was one of the first songs that I thought of when I read the thread title. I wasn't expecting anyone else to mention it.

Other songs, off the top of my head, that creep me out:

Sex Type Thing - Stone Temple Pilots
The Final Cut - Pink Floyd
Take You On a Cruise - Interpol
Halfway Home - TV on the Radio

Down With the Sickness by Disturbed

that bit in the middle where it's like the singer is beating his mother is weird

Also all Rammstein songs I love their music, but I never know if they are saying bad things.

"Black Sabbath" by Black Sabbath....it's a good song but the lyrics are based on a true story, apparently the "black hooded figure that points before me with eyes of fire" mentioned in the song appeared many times to one of the band members while he was involved with the occult!

"0-0 {Where Evil Dwells" by Fear Factory is a good start for a creepy song.

But, if you want to hear something really scary, check out "Cookbook DIY" by Islamic Fundamentalist rap group Fun-Da-Mental.
